In tomorrow's practice, we'll bring the principle of balance into our slow flow movement.
Directing our attention to the distributions of the energy and force in the elements of:
-Shape
-Transition
-Breath
-Space
With the intention to shift the values of effort and power, to the interest for a body/-mind learning process of creativity and sensibility.
In with which can create a conversation within the characteristics of our body and its forms, sensing equality stability of movement through the phases of adaptation.
Experiencing balance as a principle of flow.
*Hañsa yoga northland is a practice inspired by the hañsa yoga flow and therapeutic principles; This is a moving meditation practice, the slow flow sequence gives the tools for the observation of our personal patterns and the exploration for better functional support that its resilience and sustainable.
