Developing a personal practice .

Has it happened to you? at least for a brief instant:

That by focusing so much in “some thoughts”, we miss out the beauty of others perspectives.

In this practice, we are going to follow the effects of attachments in our ideas and expectations, in the way and transit from a mental process to a physical reaction of “frustrations”, and how this is reflected in our coordination and balance during our slow flow.

Observing the moment to movement actions and sequences.

Creating a different intention in the way we move, by practicing the regulation of stress and tension in our present time.

Class starts at 6:30 pm, every Tuesday at the Anglican Church in Mangawhai, please arrive at least 5 minutes before.

*Community yoga is all about sharing. it is for everybody willing to explore; The aim is to inspire people to develop a personal practice, with a slow flow yoga sequence, that we take home, then we gather every week as a team in a theme class, by the poetic title of our teachings; We learn together the unlimited lessons of the practice.
