The Principles of Flow
“Be still like a mountain, and flow like a great river” .
- Lao Tze
I am so excited to announce that for the next six months, I’ll be teaching “Hañsa yoga flow” in Kaiwaka, every wednesday, starting tomorrow.
The idea is to introduce Hañsa yoga (the inner teacher) and its principles of flow.
For the next few months, we are going to master a sequence, that with practice would serve as reference and reflection of our condition; A learning tool for a moving meditation practice.
The inner-teacher is to observe, and question, but before we enter into this journey we must honor the student within us.
In Tomorrow practice, I’ll present the sequence, we are going play with it, to understand what is to flow? And appreciate our own natural flow patterns.
Class starts at 6:30pm, every Wednesday, at the Archie Bull Hall, in Kaiwaka please arrive at least 5 min before.
