Distraction is the enemy of the flow, but distractions are also necessary to keep the flow going, they are part of the motor reason.

The flow never stops, “eternally moving, eternally resting”

In tonight's practice, we are gonna be focusing on our body sensations, in any, body sensations during the flow sequence, identifying when we get distracted by imaginative mental processes, “thoughts” from our physical sensations.

Lets the distractions orchestrate our flow, framing the movement; and find ease in the disturbance, a peaceful noise.

Class starts at 6:30pm, every Tuesday at the Anglican Church in Mangawhai, please arrive at least 5 minutes before.

*Community yoga is all about sharing. it is for everybody willing to explore; The aim is to inspire people to develop a personal practice, with a slow flow yoga sequence, that we take home, then we gather every week as a team in a theme class, by the poetic title of our teachings; We learn together the unlimited lessons of the practice.
