*Community yoga Mangawhai
Developing a personal practice .
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
― C.G. Jung .
In tonight’s practice, we’ll narrow our attention towards the subtle actions and sensations of expansion and contraction.
By using the elements practice from the hañsa yoga flow, we’ll express our “cows and cats” (flexions and extensions) from all planes of movement... more like a breathing cell or a universe inconstant in and out. Either awake or dreaming, rather feeling those ancestral rhythms, whispers that reveal our secrets.
Class starts at 6:30 pm, every Tuesday at the Anglican Church in Mangawhai, please arrive at least 5 minutes before.
*Community yoga is all about sharing. it is for everybody willing to explore; The aim is to inspire people to develop a personal practice, with a slow flow yoga sequence, that we take home, then we gather every week as a team in a theme class, by the poetic title of our teachings; We learn together the unlimited lessons of the practice.
