Developing a personal practice .

In this practice, we are going to observe the tendencies of our distractions and how those are expressed in our coordination and balance during our moving practice.
Identifying when do we lose ease between the transitions of the movement.
Recognizing the perceptions of our deceptions, in the deviation of our ideas and “ideal positions”.
And very important, having fun during the process, like happy kids that find the origin of lost treasures.
Class starts at 6:30 pm, every Tuesday at the Anglican Church in Mangawhai, please arrive at least 5 minutes before.

*Community yoga is all about sharing. it is for everybody willing to explore; The aim is to inspire people to develop a personal practice, with a slow flow yoga sequence, that we take home, then we gather every week as a team in a theme class, by the poetic title of our teachings; We learn together the unlimited lessons of the practice.
