Practice is the key; we live in a world when sometimes life feels stressful confusing and unsustainable, we feel it in our guts our minds and in our spirits, we worry about the future, we worry about our health, we worry about terrorism, economic collapse etc, anxieties that keep us up at night and haunt us during the day.
Well say by Siddharta gautamma, the budda, in the first novel true “all life is suffering” or in a more modern way “all life is stress full”
And for that reason today more than ever, we need a practice a unifying whole life experience a focal point for meaning in our life’s we need engagement and discipline, a time and place to draw our energy into a powerful and coherent whole, and we need to do it often with regularity with commitment and with resolve.
