Developing a personal practice .

The nervous system plays an important role in the support of our posture.


In this practice we’ll observe the constant interaction between mental process and its physiologic response in or movement.


By experimenting with the idea of shaping the posture with the intention and the intention with the posture.


Recognising our uniqueness, the subjective manners that we externalize our motivations, to choose the best way that would allow what is intended.


One hour class, the entree is Koha, and starts at 6:30pm, every Tuesday at the Anglican Church in


Mangawhai, please arrive at least 5 minutes before.

*Community yoga is all about sharing. it is for everybody willing to explore; The aim is to inspire people to develop a personal practice, with a slow flow yoga sequence, that we take home, then we gather every week as a team in a theme class, by the poetic title of our teachings; We learn together the unlimited lessons of the practice.
